There are various ways in which you can order your repeat medication-
Telephone requests for medication are not accepted, except for vulnerable, housebound and patients over the age of 65. This is to ensure mistakes are not made.
- Pharmacy: Please order your prescription on a monthly basis from any pharmacy of your choice, they will then have your prescription ready for you to collect on an agreed date.
- Online: You can order your prescription online by signing up to the NHS APP.
- Via our website link: You can acces and order your repeat prescriptions by clicking here.
- Post: You can post your request to the practice but please allow time for postage and include a stamped addressed envelope.

Electronic Prescribing:
If you would like your prescription to be processed by the practice (once it has been requested in one of the ways indicated above) and sent directly to a pharmacy of your choice for collection by you or delivery by the pharmacy. Please ask the pharmacy of your choice and they will add you for this service. This will save you time and also be a more convenient way of ensuring you get your medication on time.
You can change your nominated pharmacy as many times as you like and to any pharmacy you like. This service is ideal if you are having a short break away within the UK and your medication is due, you can have your medication sent electronically to a pharmacy near where you are staying then change it back upon your return. For more details as at reception or at your pharmacy.
Medication reviews are regularly carried out by the doctor and the practice nurse.
