Patient Participation Group

Be part of our virtual Facebook patient group:

  • Do you have something to say, but don't have the time to attend meetings?
  • Do you have ideas about how to improve your local practice?
  • Do you have ideas about how you would like to see services provided, changed or improved?

As a surgery we are always looking to provide patients with the best possible service and care. In order to do this we need patient feedback as your opinions and comments are valuable to us. The practice has set up a virtual Facebook Patient Participation Group. The virtual group is made up of patients from the practice and will receive information by email or via the facebook group page, this information will include new services within the community and other interesting issues such as new services for patients and patient survey to gain feedback from the group.

If you are interested in joining the virtual Facebook Patient Group or would like more information please either find us on Facebook through our Facebook profile "moorside medical practice" or via the link below.

Please note the virtual Facebook Patient group is not for personal issues, if you need to discuss any issues with the practice please contact the Practice Manager Debra Pryce.

If you would like to join our group, more information here
